**Guest Service Agent Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
* Process check-in and check-out efficiently and effectively.
* Assist guests with luggage and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information.
* Ensure the security of guests and their possessions at all times.
* Handle guest complaints in a positive and respectful manner.
Requirements:
* An energetic and team-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Opera PSM is an advantage.
* A full Tasmanian Drivers Licence is required.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
