* Analyse customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to support campaign planning and evaluation.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track customer behaviour and performance metrics.
* Conduct market research to benchmark performance against competitors.
* Support the development of customer segmentation models and profiling.
* Provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reporting activities.
Profile
A Successful Customer Insights Analyst Should Have
* Proven experience turning customer data into actionable insights
* Strong background in marketing, campaign or loyalty analytics
* Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and analysisExperience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
* Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for reporting and visualisation
* Experience analysing large customer or retail datasets
* Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
