The Position
You will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of finance, managing a team of professionals, and developing strategies to support business growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and analysis
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements
* Build relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
* Oversee payroll process and related reporting
Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
* Minimum 8 years' experience in finance, including leadership roles
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing outsourced or hybrid finance teams
* Commercially minded and confident in communicating with senior management and Boards
