Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial services for the full employee life cycle.
* Support the HR team in conducting thorough investigations and resolving conflicts effectively.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee-related processes within our HR Information System (HRIS).
* Respond promptly to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide guidance and direction on HR policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
* Ensure that employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests as needed.
* Assist in creating, documenting, and implementing human resources policies, programs, and processes that promote a positive work environment.
* Process initial unemployment claims and employment verifications efficiently and accurately.
* Deliver core HR services to the workforce while providing support to the HR team as needed.
* Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance departmental efficiency.
* Organize and coordinate site-wide events, such as benefits fairs, volunteer efforts, and team celebrations, to foster a sense of community.
* Provide staffing-related support activities to the recruitment team as required.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
