You will lead from the floor — working side-by-side with the team during service, driving service flow, maintaining standards, and ensuring every guest receives a premium dining experience. Your focus will be on: - Supervising and directing the team during service - Managing sections and service timing - Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in the moment - Coaching, supporting and developing staff on shift - Overseeing opening and closing procedures This is not an office-based management role. The position does not involve preparing the main weekly staff roster or performing administrative scheduling duties. Roster & Salary This is a full-time salaried position with a salary range of $70,000 - $73,500, in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award - Level 5 classification. Typical rostered days off will be: - Friday & Saturday or - Saturday & Sunday As part of the leadership team, some flexibility is required. From time to time, roster adjustments may be needed to support the wider team during leave periods — with adequate notice provided.
