With over 10,000 participants and 4,000 registered players, we are dedicated to making football the most inclusive, accessible, and community-driven sport in the region.

Your role
We're seeking a dedicated Competitions Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage and deliver high-quality football competitions while supporting local clubs across the South West.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Competition Delivery: Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and delivery of senior, junior, and social competitions across the South West
Club Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with club committees, providing guidance on governance, compliance, and development
Community Engagement: Attend matches and club events to strengthen connections and identify opportunities for improvement
Program Coordination: Support the delivery of major events like Country Week, including logistics, player registrations, and administration
Operational Excellence: Maintain competition regulations, policies, and processes to ensure smooth processes
Collaboration: Work closely with the referee and disciplinary teams to support fair play
About you
You're an organised and proactive professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You bring:
Experience coordinating or managing sport competitions or events
Excellent attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of club governance or grassroots sport (football experience highly regarded)
A collaborative, community-minded approach and willingness to work flexible hours
What you'll need
Eligibility to work in Australia
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
A valid WA Driver's Licence
