Office Support Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator, providing exceptional support and assistance to our sales team. As the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Welcome and assist clients/customers with their queries and concerns
* Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately, ensuring seamless communication within the team
* Perform general administrative tasks, maintaining the tidiness and organization of office spaces
* Provide critical support to the sales team, including Contract Management
* Oversee database operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist with social media and marketing endeavors, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand

You will thrive in this fast-paced environment if you possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Your strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be proactive, capable of problem-solving independently, and adept at handling multiple concurrent tasks.

Requirements:

* Australian Work Authorisation
* Previous experience in Real Estate Administration / Sales Associate role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Real Estate database management systems
