About the Opportunities
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across our Finnis lithium processing plant.
Reporting to the Processing Plant Manager, this role will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure all maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to support plant reliability and performance.
You will play a key role in establishing maintenance planning processes during startup and supporting ongoing operations across both the Dense Media Separation (DMS) circuit and crushing and dry plant.
This is a Darwin-based residential role on a 5:2 roster, 10 hour days, offering the opportunity to be home every night. Relocation support is available for the suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules for plant equipment
* Coordinate planned maintenance activities with operations and maintenance teams
* Ensure availability of parts, resources, and equipment for scheduled work
* Monitor and track maintenance execution and performance
* Support shutdown planning and execution
* Maintain maintenance systems, records, and reporting
* Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability
* Work closely with reliability and engineering teams to optimise outcomes
About You
You are a highly organised planner with experience in fixed plant maintenance environments, who enjoys working closely with site teams to drive efficiency and structure.
You will bring:
* Experience in a Maintenance Planner role within mining or heavy industry
* Exposure to fixed plant processing environments (DMS experience highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes
* Experience with maintenance systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, or similar)
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Commitment to safety and operational standards
* Valid Australian driver's licence
About Core Lithium
Core Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory. With open pit mining at the Grants deposit targeted to recommence in May 2026, feeding the site's existing lithium processing plant, and underground development at BP33 planned later in the year, the operation is entering an important new phase of production.
