We are looking for full‐time permanent Chefs in a relieving capacity to work across our metropolitan and regional sites (as required). A travel allowance is provided, and you must hold a current hold a driver's licence and have access to a motor vehicle. Essential criteria
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualification.
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
* Ability to communicate effectively with older people.
* Knowledge of food safety legislation.
* Flexibility to travel to all residential sites and regional sites (with notice) as required.
* Driver's licence and motor vehicle.
