We are looking for full-time permanent Chefs in a relieving capacity to work across all of our metropolitan and regional sites including Mt Gambier Murray Bridge and Port Elliot. A travel allowance is provided and you must hold a current hold a drivers licence and have access to a motor vehicle. Essential Criteria
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualification.
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
* Ability to communicate effectively with older people.
* Knowledge of food safety legislation.
* Flexibility to travel to all Residential sites as required and with prior notice including Mt Gambier Port Elliot and Murray Bridge.
* Drivers licence and motor vehicle.
