**About the business**
The Miami Bakehouse Group has been operating for more than 19 years and is a leading food manufacturer operating across 7 sites. Our central baking facility and head office supplies our six retail businesses across WA's southwest.
**The role**
We are looking for a process-orientated person to fill this key role in our busy Mandurah office. Part time position working 3 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). Some public holidays will be required throughout the year and you must be available to work school holidays. Flexible start date around EOFY if required.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a collaborative and supportive team your responsibilities include:
- Sales reconciliations
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Payroll support
- Weekly financial reporting and processing
- Banking
- End of month support
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
- 2 years' experience with AP and payroll
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive;
- Able to manage their time and work to deadlines;
- Organised, thorough, and process driven;
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MYOB
