Receptionist – Full-Time Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
Smith Criminal Law is a well‑established criminal law firm based in Maroochydore, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional full‑time receptionist to support the daily operations of our firm.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will work closely with a small team of solicitors and clerks, ensuring seamless front‑desk operations and delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
* Handling initial enquiries from new clients
* Scheduling appointments and diary management
* Assisting with file management and billing
* Coordinating conference room bookings
* Maintaining office presentation, including reception and waiting areas
* Performing general administrative and secretarial duties (scanning, photocopying, etc.)
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional client service and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Professional presentation and a dependable work ethic
Respect for confidentiality and discretion
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with SMOKEBALL is an advantage)
