Job Summary
* A key position is available for a part-time Op Shop Coordinator at our Bomaderry location.
Responsibilities include managing the shop presentation and sales. Additionally, coordinating volunteers will help create a welcoming environment for customers.
This role requires strong organizational skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. It also demands effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage volunteer teams effectively.
1. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service while working with volunteers in all aspects of the store's operation.
2. The individual should have excellent time management abilities along with leadership qualities which enable them to motivate others towards common goals and objectives.
