Offer description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The role will be based in the corporate offices and will involve a range of duties including monitoring the accounts payable inbox, setting up new suppliers and entering supplier invoices accurately.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an accounts clerk or equivalent role with strong computer skills and knowledge of ERP software. They should also possess excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and action the accounts payable inbox
* Set up new suppliers on our system
* Enter all supplier invoices accurately into our financial system
