Sans Pants Group – HR Coordinator

Sans Pants Group is expanding our Support Office team and we're seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to help us continue building a positive, well-supported workplace across our venues.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative hospitality group with a strong community culture — supporting our people to deliver the best experiences across our group.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the backbone of our HR and office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional support for our staff and leaders across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
Office Management
Oversee office admin, supplies and general coordination
Manage communications, scheduling and documentation
Maintain records, procedures and compliance documents
Assist with budgets, invoices and expense tracking
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, contracts & payroll compliance
Support recruitment, onboarding & inductions
Assist managers with rosters, leave and performance documentation
Help coordinate training, development & visa admin support
Compliance & Policies
Ensure Fair Work, WHS and Award compliance
Keep policies and employment documents up-to-date
Report any risk or compliance concerns to leadership
Culture & Staff Support
Act as first point of contact for HR queries
Support engagement and retention initiatives
Coordinate internal meetings, training and staff events
What you'll bring
3+ years of proven HR administration or coordinator experience
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & HR/Payroll systems (Deputy preferred)
Knowledge of Fair Work & hospitality compliance (preferred)
