Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst III to support financial planning and reporting initiatives. This individual will play a key role in driving financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or FP&A and thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles
* Support month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries
* Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial operations
Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or FP&A
* Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, modeling)
* Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
* Solid understanding of month-end close and journal entries
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Essbase and/or Hyperion
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
