We are currently seeking a confident Corporate Receptionist to join our team in our Adelaide office. In this role, you will be the face of the firm, making our clients and colleagues feel welcomed and valued when they call or visit us. You will be responsible for various front of house tasks with a client first focus. The role also plays an important part in the firm's marketing function and in planning and coordinating client and staff events.
About the position
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team at Moore Australia. You will be our client's first point of contact, playing a crucial role in our client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and attending to client comforts
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail, along with various generic email inboxes
* Organising internal catering for client meetings
* Preparation and sending of client correspondence and other required client communications
* Assist with marketing initiatives including our social media presence
* Assist with the planning and organisation of client and staff events
* Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a personable and proactive individual, who thrives on collaborating with others and taking on new challenges. You will:
* have worked previously in a client services role, preferably in a professional services environment
* be well presented, friendly and approachable
* have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* have a focus on excellent customer service, and a "can-do" attitude
* be able to prioritise and multi-task, to work collaboratively with others within the Corporate Services and wider Moore Australia teams
* have above average Microsoft Word skills, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
* be familiar with Practice Management and/or Client Relationship Managements systems
* be eager to learn and expand on your existing skills.
