Your Role
You'll provide executive-level support to three senior leaders based in Sydney and Melbourne. Manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgement, ensuring smooth execution of tasks such as proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and team events, arranging travel and accommodation, and handling invoices and expenses. You'll also prepare agendas, briefing materials, and team packs, and oversee catering and logistics for team events.
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office. With our offices based Nationally you will have your choice of base location Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
About You
We value individuals who are resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented. In this role, you'll demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Skilled in preparing and formatting professional documents and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
