The Opportunity We are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter / Joiner / Installation Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in NSW.
Depending on your location, this role can be based at multiple sites across Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement Competent in installing jobs when required Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility About You Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment Cert III in Carpentry (MUST) Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport What's On Offer Ongoing training and career development Generous discounts on our extensive range of products On-site parking Ability to schedule leave every year at Christmas Additional paid day's leave on your birthday, even if it falls on the weekend
