About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide qualified support to the director. This role will focus on diary management, scheduling, and preparing accurate minutes, while working closely with other EAs in the organisation to ensure seamless coverage during a period of leave.
This is a fixed-term role commencing from mid-October, with the preferred start date in early October for a handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support including calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Prepare, draft, and distribute agendas and minutes
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the director with day-to-day administration
- Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks
Key Selection Criteria
- Previous Executive Assistant or senior administration experience essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Conditions of Employment
- Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
- Annual influenza vaccination required (can be arranged onsite)
