About the Role
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team, where you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with physical and mental health disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, based on trust, empathy and respect for their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance and social support.
- Assist clients with transport to access community and medical appointments.
Requirements
- Relevant Certificates in Individual Support or Disability and at least 12-months relevant experience OR 2-years full-time experience working in mental health.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by people with a lived experience of a mental health issue.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence with Reliable Car & Comprehensive Car insurance.
- NDIS workers check screening Approval which would entail your yellow & blue cards.

COVID-19 Considerations
