Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer orders and ensuring seamless logistics coordination. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position with plenty of variety and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and complaintsProcess customer orders accurately through internal systemsCoordinate with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveriesMonitor and report on inventory levels and shipment statusesEnsure all shipping documentation and compliance paperwork is complete and accurateLiaise with operations and finance teams to support smooth order fulfilment and invoicingIdentify process improvements and support continuous enhancement of customer service and logistics workflowsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and logistics roles, ideally within FMCG or a related industryStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentConfident with inventory systems and order processing toolsWhat’s on OfferTemp-to-perm role offering long-term career prospectsSupportive, close-knit team and collaborative cultureConvenient Dandenong location with onsite parking
