Project Lead Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic Projects team.
The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering capital, design and operational projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within set parameters.
* Manage diverse projects including civic works, building constructions and environmental initiatives
* Engage with stakeholders, oversee project planning and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Maintain focus on quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
* Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
* Monitor and report on project progress
Requirements:
* Qualifications in architecture, landscape architecture or urban design
* Proven experience in project management and coordination
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
