The Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for leading the Strategic Planning team in developing strategic plans and programs for water supply and wastewater systems across 91 urban and remote Aboriginal communities throughout the Northern Territory.
Main Responsibilities
 * To lead the development of strategic plans and programs for water supply and wastewater systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
 * To contribute to the operational effectiveness of Water Services by providing strategic advice to the Executive Team.
 * To collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
Skill Requirements
 * A minimum of 5 years' proven leadership experience in a senior management role within a similar industry.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
 * The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Key Qualifications
 * Strategic planning expertise, with a deep understanding of the water supply and wastewater sectors.
 * A track record of delivering high-impact results through strategic planning and program development.
