What You'll Be Doing
As an Endorsed caseload midwife, you will:
* Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for hospital births
* Work across clinic, home, and hospital settings
* Hold an annual caseload (40 women per year - pro rata if PT)
* Collaborate closely with hospital teams wider multidisciplinary teams
* Participate in clinical reviews and audits
* Be supported to work to your full scope with admitting rights at Toowoomba Base Hospital
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
* Endorsed Midwife (or close to obtaining endorsement, pay rates differ for non endorsed midwives)
* Minimum 3 years full-time equivalent midwifery experience
* Recent experience across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
* Commitment to woman-centred practice
* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
* Continuity of care or MGP experience
* Experience attending home births
* IBCLC or lactation specialities

* Annualised salary from $120,000 - $150,000 + super (lesser rate for non-endorsed midwives)
