The Opportunity
CELOTTI is launching a specialist division: Celotti Tech — focused on AI, tech, and digital talent across APAC. We’re seeking a Head of Celotti Tech — a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial leader ready to build and lead a full business line from the ground up.
This is not your typical recruitment job. You’ll:
- Launch and grow a specialist AI/tech talent business
- Own P&L;, strategy, and delivery from day one
- Win and grow enterprise and scale-up clients
- Place high-value roles: AI/ML engineers, data leaders, product heads, CIOs, etc.
- Build and mentor your own high-performing consultant team
- Become a thought leader and voice in the future of work
- Partner closely with the Director/Founder on global expansion
About You
You’re a senior recruiter, delivery lead, or tech talent professional who’s:
- Proven in tech, digital, or specialist recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Entrepreneurial — you see market gaps and know how to build
- Client-savvy — confident developing and managing enterprise accounts
- Experienced placing mid–senior and executive tech talent
- Excited by AI and future-of-work technologies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage momentum
- Based in Singapore or willing to travel
