Community Accessability is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting aged care recipients across the state. We are seeking compassionate and community-focused volunteers to provide essential phone-based support to our aged care clients, ensuring they feel connected and valued.
About the Role:
As a Customer Care Officer, you'll play a vital role in checking in with our aged care customers through regular phone calls. These conversations help foster a sense of community, address any concerns, and ensure our clients feel supported and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular phone check-ins with aged care clients.
* Provide a friendly and empathetic ear to listen to their needs and feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
* Identify and report any concerns or issues to management.
* Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and well-being.
