About the role
Townsville Cleaning Contractors' is seeking a part-time Commercial, Periodical, Non-Periodical Cleaner to join our team in Townsville, QLD 4810. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our commercial clients, ensuring their premises are maintained to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
1. Carrying out daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising in commercial environments
2. Performing periodic and non-periodic deep cleaning tasks, including window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and floor polishing
3. Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed
4. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
5. Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client requests
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role, preferably in the Trades & Services/Cleaning Services industry
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
3. Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
4. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality work
5. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
6. Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and products
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
