Role Overview We’re looking for a Technical Records / Data Administrator to ensure our aircraft data and maintenance records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. This role is key to supporting maintenance, airworthiness, and operational planning, making sure our fleet information is always reliable and accessible.
What You’ll Do Maintain and audit aircraft technical records, logbooks, and maintenance documentation Enter, track, and manage maintenance data using Aeronet (or similar systems) Ensure records meet CASA, FAA, and company compliance requirements Support engineering and maintenance teams with accurate fleet data Track component history, modifications, and aircraft weight & balance Record defects, rectifications, and deferred maintenance Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting Manage digital records, archiving, and document control Contribute to improving processes, record accuracy, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For Experience in technical records, data management, or aviation administration Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively Good computer literacy and data entry skills Clear written and verbal communication Interest in aviation and aircraft operations
Role Details Full-time, permanent Sunshine Coast, QLDMonday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
