We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our team.
You will work closely with our clients, analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilise the best method to meet our client's requirement efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and actioning client support cases through our ticketing system, prioritising requests to deliver high‑quality service and outcomes.
Troubleshooting client issues and service requests.
Conducting gap analysis between client requirements and TechnologyOne system capabilities, and recommending solutions tailored to client‑specific needs.
Collaborating closely with an extended team of consulting experts when needed, ensuring client cases are resolved to the highest standard.
Supporting clients to simplify, optimise, and modernise their business applications, empowering better business outcomes every day.
Continuously growing your knowledge through team mentoring, cross‑training opportunities, and hands‑on experience across a broad range of industries and processes.
Working Conditions
Employment Type ‑ Permanent full time
Office Location ‑ Can be performed from anywhere in Australia
Travel Opportunities ‑ Occasional business travel
Requirements and Qualifications
2+ years' TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar experience as a user, specifically TechnologyOne CiA and / or Ci versions from at least to current.
2+ years' experience in the design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CiA and / or Ci versions from at least to current.
TechnologyOne HRP, Asset Management or Property and Rating Skills is a bonus.
TechnologyOne technical skills is a bonus, such as BPA's, ETL's, TScripts and Dashboards / Data Models.
Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications.
Experience in analysing customer's requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on how best to leverage their software investment.
Ability to work closely with, and to build strong relationships with our clients.
