Paid Media Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The role involves developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms.
This is a part-time position for 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time if desired. You will report directly to our Founder and collaborate closely with our clients' in-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement paid media strategies to achieve campaign goals.
* Analyse performance data to identify areas of improvement and enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns to continuously improve results for clients.
* Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
* 1-2 years of hands-on campaign management experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
* Strong time management and campaign planning skills.
* Understanding of how to analyse data and formulate insights.
* Proactivity and a passion for your work.
