We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (DDSO5) to lead a group of residential services in Wangaratta on a Fixed Term Full time basis until October 2026.

About The Role
As an Operations Manager, you will:
Lead and support teams across multiple residential sitesDrive person‑centred practice and quality service deliverySupport client intake, engagement, and retentionBuild strong relationships with staff, clients, families, and stakeholdersSupport PBS practices and service complianceConduct regular onsite visits (non‑hybrid role)
About You
You bring:
Leadership experience in disability or community servicesStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsA values‑driven, hands‑on leadership styleConfidence leading teams through changeStrong collaboration skillsAn Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required
