About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Merchandise Sorters to join our Distribution Centre team. Your responsibilities will include grading, categorising, and packing donated and new clothing and accessories. If you have a passion for fashion and retail, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
What you will bring
* Experience in retail, merchandise sorting, or similar roles.
* Knowledge of Australian fashion brands, preferably from retail experience.
* Attention to detail and ability to assess merchandise quality quickly and accurately.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Genuine interest in supporting the humanitarian mission of the Australian Red Cross.

This role is classified under the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2010 - Level 2, with a salary starting from $51,000.56 FTE plus superannuation and salary packaging options.
