About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Beerwah manufacturing facility. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on fabrication of steel trailer components, reading and interpreting workshop drawings, and ensuring all work meets our standards for strength, finish, and accuracy.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated team where efficiency, workmanship, and reliability matter.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld structural components for a wide range of trailer models
* Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
* Operate workshop equipment including MIG welders, guillotines, presses, and rollers
* Maintain high workmanship standards and follow quality control processes
* Work safely and follow all WHS requirements
* Support production deadlines and the daily workflow of the manufacturing team

About You
We're after someone who knows their trade and isn't afraid of hard, honest work.
You will need:
* Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Metal Fabricator
* Strong MIG welding ability
* Solid experience in fabrication environments
* Good attention to detail and the ability to work to measurements
* A reliable, team-focused attitude
Highly regarded:
* Experience in trailer, automotive, or heavy-duty fabrication
* Forklift licence
* Ability to work independently without supervision

* Salary range: $65,000 – $76,515 + super (depending on experience)
* Full-time, stable, long-term role
* Monday to Friday roster
