As an Injury Claims Support Specialist, you'll be able to utilise your exceptional customer service skills to make a positive impact on someone's life every day. This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding role that will allow you to help injured workers get their lives back.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Gosford office, with flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
* Assistant an injured person and employer with the workers compensation claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents
* Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person to ensure they have access to required services
* Proactively manage the claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness
* Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders on matters such as injured workers, employers and providers
* Tailored and empathic delivery of adverse outcomes to all stakeholders, with a solution focus
