The Role The primary focus of this role is to deliver the learning plan for the Collab Project and support the organisation to embed these learning programs into ongoing business-as-usual practices. Your work will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of new IT systems and building long-term capability across the workforce. This is a true end-to-end learning role - ideal for someone who enjoys creating simple, effective, and sustainable learning solutions that are tailored to real-world needs. You'll work closely with Business Leads and the Collab Project team to recommend practical approaches to training and learning support, and you'll partner with them through delivery. You'll take ownership of ensuring all learning content is designed, developed, and delivered to a high standard, supporting both initial implementation and long-term use of the systems. Your Profile We are seeking candidates who are highly collaborative, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. To be the successful candidate you will be immediately available and have experience in the following areas: Essential: Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for IT systems. Demonstrated capability in creating and delivering systems training and structured learning programs. Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn independently. Solid instructional design expertise across various formats and modalities. Track record of successfully embedding learning into everyday business operations. Skilled in developing and managing comprehensive training plans and supporting documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both project and operational teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with confident facilitation abilities. Highly organised with strong coordination, project management, and administrative capabilities. Ability to provide strategic learning advice within project or change environments. Willingness and ability to work across multiple MCM sites, including South Melbourne, Thornbury, and Fitzroy, with occasional travel to Gippsland locations to consult or deliver in-person learning solutions - a valid driver's licence is required. Desirable: Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) products. Background in technological change initiatives or IT-focused projects. Experience in sectors such as health, human services, or social services. Skilled in coordinating programs, crafting communication plans, and developing operational frameworks to support learning initiatives. Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform. Relevant qualifications in learning design, communications, multimedia, or related fields.
