Role Attendance for this position is currently Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (Please note these times may change with the needs of the school) Key Responsibility Areas 1. School Daily Organisation ¿ Staff Absences & Workforce Coordination
* Coordinate all staff absences and secure replacement staff in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and replacement allocations.
* Liaise with leadership regarding daily staffing coverage and operational adjustments.
* Exercise independent judgement to ensure continuity of teaching and learning.
* Ensure replacement processes align with school policy and industrial requirements.
* Manage communication with staff, leadership and external agencies regarding staffing.
This function directly impacts whole-school operations and minimises disruption to learning. 2. First Aid Coordination & Student Health Leadership
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the school¿s first aid service.
* Provide triage, treatment and record keeping of student injuries and illnesses.
* Coordinate and maintain individual health care plans, anaphylaxis and asthma plans.
* Lead emergency responses including anaphylaxis, asthma and high-risk medical situations.
* Maintain first aid facilities, supplies and emergency kits.
* Ensure accurate documentation in Compass and CASES21.
* Monitor compliance with departmental health and safety requirements.
* Coordinate staff training requirements in first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma.
* Liaise with families, health providers and relevant authorities where required.
* Provide expert advice to leadership on student health matters.
This component reflects Range 3 accountability and compliance responsibility. 3. Enrolments & Administrative Systems (CASES21 & Compliance)
* Manage student enrolment processes in accordance with Department of Education guidelines.
* Maintain accurate student records in CASES21 and Compass.
* Process enrolment documentation, transfers and associated administrative requirements.
* Ensure compliance with privacy, data management and reporting obligations.
* Respond to parent enquiries regarding enrolments and student records.
* Support preparation of documentation and reports for leadership as required.
This ensures accuracy, compliance and strong community-facing administration. Responsibilities
* Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff.
* Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.
* Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments and transfers.
* Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions and projects.
* Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers and other workers to the school.
