We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Mine Manager to lead our mining operations.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and compliant management of all underground mining activities.
* Fulfil statutory obligations under Queensland legislation.
* Drive proactive safety culture to ensure every person returns home healthy and unharmed.
* Develop and implement operational plans covering ventilation, geotechnical and production schedules.
* Oversee workforce planning, training and professional development to build capability and succession.
* Foster collaboration across technical, engineering, maintenance and surface operations for optimal performance.
* Lead investigations, implement corrective actions and embed learnings to strengthen performance.
* Uphold commitments to sustainability, environmental compliance and community engagement.
