About The Role
This role requires the HSE Advisor to manage changing construction risks, including Dewatering, Civils, and Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines, within an established MSA project working for a tier 1 miner in the Pilbara.
Strong focus is placed on fulfilling and driving the company's HSE Lead Indicators, including infield coaching, workplace inspections and procedure auditing.
Reporting to the Project Manager (line) and the HSEQ Manager (function) you will be proactive in assessing and planning for upcoming risks, providing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports, and continually assure that best-practice training is in place.

Key Responsibilities
* Control the projects HSE management system
* Reporting and administration regarding HSE
* Inspections, audits, collating of findings
* Active role in investigations and managing any incidents
* Communicate and consult with sire personnel on HSE policies, procedures, hazard alerts and other project requirements
About You
* Able to manage a 2:1 roster and experience working in a FIFO environment
* Must have Diploma in HSE
* Experience working a FIFO HSE role
* White card
* Incident investigation and auditing training preferred
