We are seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters to join our Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Team at our owner operated Lithium mine sites.
These are full time roles on 2/2 days only roster, FIFO Perth

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform service, maintenance, and repair diesel generators and power generation equipment, dewatering pumps and associated mechanical systems.
* Perform comprehensive maintenance on centrifugal, positive displacement, and slurry pumps.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and control systems.
* Conduct pump impeller replacements, seal repairs, and bearing maintenance.
* Implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical pumping and power systems.
* Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
* Maintain detailed service records and equipment histories.
What is required:
* Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
* Proven experience servicing generators (diesel engines, control panels)
* Strong background in pump maintenance and repair across various pump types
* Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drive systems
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Ability to work under pressure during emergency repairs
* Willingness to assist other trades where required using transposable skills
