Key Role for Healthcare Administration
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in the Radiation Oncology department as an Administration Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing incoming referrals, registering new patients, and coordinating scheduling appointments.
As a key member of the administration team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to patients and support the wider team as directed by the Admin Team Lead. This position requires adaptability and flexibility to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support, completing tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless patient care. You will also take ownership of your work, maintaining high standards of quality at all times.
* Administer referral management and make new patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
* Provide comprehensive front-line customer service to patients, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
* Support various tasks and roles to enable efficient rostering of the administration team.
