About the Role
We are seeking a Quality and Education Manager to lead our care delivery and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership in documentation and coaching to ensure quality care outcomes.
* Develop team members' knowledge and understanding of practice within industry standards and their own scope.
* Maintain the Plan for Continuous Improvement with the leadership team.
* Analyse Government data and document improvements.
* Coordinate audits within the Operations Essential audit program.
* Manage high-quality clinical care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Maintain accurate records consistent with policy and legislation requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor of Nursing with current registration is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and delegation skills.
* A passion for development, training, and education.
* Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
* Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching & training.
* Demonstrated success in overcoming noncompliance in staff training.
* Effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
* Extensive understanding of Resident Rights, Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
