The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and experienced customer service gun to make people feel welcome and heard at Comma in Byron.

This role will be the first point of contact for guests at Comma and requires strong interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service are met and upholding Comma values at all times. You'll be working alongside a manage to help run day-to-day operations and to ensure the day flows smoothly for all therapists and clients.

What you need:

● Significant experience in a premium customer service environment (Hotel/Spa desirable)

● Experience supervising staff (therapists) and working independently with little supervision

● Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to a high standard

● Proven ability to manage guest complaints as per business protocols

● Clear communication skills both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills

● Proven ability to use initiative and multitask in a busy environment, including prioritising competing demands

● Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

● Immaculate grooming and presentation

● Strong attention to detail

● Flexible availability to work across weekends (1 day per weekend is mandatory)

● Experience with booking software & POS (desirable)

● Experience with Shopify (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

● Guest check in/out

● Diary optimisation and data entry

● Maintaining Comma's high standard of customer service and guest experience

● Ensure all public and back of house areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness

● Processing payments and rebooking clients

● Management of administrative duties including answering phone and email enquiries

● Fulfilling retail sales, including online sales and voucher sales/redemptions

● General housekeeping duties. This is a big percentage of the role.

● Support management to ensure each day runs to time and therapists are accurately briefed

● Opening and closing responsibilities (shifts are 9:45am-6:30pm)

● Follow Comma policies and procedures
