Job Description
Working closely with operational leaders and practitioners, the Planning and Reporting Officer will coordinate planning cycles, develop high-quality reports, monitor performance against outcomes, and support a strong culture of evidence-based practice. This role is well suited to someone with experience in integrated service environments such as the child and family services, or broader community services systems.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications and / or equivalent in business, social services, and/or analytics.
* Experience in program planning, reporting, evaluation, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Knowledge of community services, social programs, or government-funded service delivery.
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce clear, compelling reports.
* Demonstrated experience with customer management information and reporting systems.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving service quality and outcomes.
* Proficiency with data systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
Please note this is a contract role, currently funded until 15 March 2028.
