Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator to lead our team in providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5-12 years.
* Design and deliver engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
* Build positive relationships with parents, teachers, and community members as the face of our service.
* Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
* Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
Hours: 7:00 am - 9:00 am & 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm, plus weekly admin hours Monday to Friday only - no weekend work.
What You'll Need
* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (ACECQA-recognised).
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
* A willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
