About the Role
* Lodgements: Processing tax returns, BAS/IAS statements with the Australian Taxation Office.
* Assessments: Updating and checking Notice of Assessment correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office.
* Binding: Compiling clients' Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
* ASIC duties: Including Annual Review processing, change of addresses, changes to officeholders, typing and processing of ASIC related invoices, general correspondence, establishment of company and trusts.
* Reception work: Providing relief to Receptionist as required.
* Phones: Answering telephones and voicemail retrieval.
* General Admin Assistance: Preparing client correspondence, typing invoices and client letters, data entry, scanning, printing and filing documents as required.
About You
* Key Requirements: Excellent time management and organisation;
* Initiative and attention to detail;
* Able to multi task and prioritise workload;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Maintain confidentiality;
* Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Outlook and Excel (preferred).
