About The Role Full Time or Part Time management position. Help lead the Jesmond Pizza team. On the job training & support. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to help lead our team at Pizza Hut Jesmond!
Responsibilities
* Help with the Day to Day Management of the Pizza Hut operation by leading your team in training, customer service, product knowledge and education.
* Direct your team to maximise sales, profit and opportunities for growth including the effective and efficient execution of all sales promotions.
* Maintain a clean, organised and stocked environment to meet food safety and brand standard requirements.
* Support effective rostering and establish engaging communication amongst the team to ensure adequate staffing and customer service standards are met.
* Encourage safe work practices & ensure the safety of the team and our customers.
What are we looking for?
* Proven leadership experience within a retail/fast food environment with an ability to lead a team effectively, coaching and developing team members to be their best;
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time;
* Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements;
* A strong communicator, adaptable to the fast pace of food service;
* Credible relationships with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives;
* Proven experience working with POS systems and cash handling at a store level.
