About the Role: Are you a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to a variety of clients, including children and adults. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work closely with clients and their families to achieve their goals. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals. Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals. Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy. Essential Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology. Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
