* Trade qualifications and forklift licence required.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Experience with petrol and diesel motors or small equipment.

* Proficient in using computer‑based maintenance software to accurately log jobs, parts, and repair details.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.

* Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills.
* Commitment to safety in the workplace.
About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults across a variety of equipment.
* Maintaining up‑to‑date service records for all service and repair work.
* Maintaining the fleet of hire equipment.
* Minimising operational downtime of equipment.
* Conducting scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with machinery and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Ensuring a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
* Being on call one week every month.
