National, mid-sized Financial Services business - currently undergoing a significant transition, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a high-volume onboarding and systems migration project. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to get stuck into the admin-heavy side of HR, with solid HRIS (ideally Employment Hero HR) experience and a proactive, low-fuss approach. You’ll be stepping into a lean environment – with no formal HR function currently – so the ability to work independently and pick things up quickly is essential. This role starts immediately, and is all about records, onboarding, data integrity, and supporting staff with Employment Hero HR. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update HRIS records – contracts, changes, attachments Support onboarding for ~180 employees across three phased groups Respond to employee queries and provide system support during the transition Manage all documentation and data with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with audit prep, file compliance, and employment record management Provide general BAU support across the wider team as needed You’ll Bring: Experience using Employment Hero (or similar HRIS platforms) A strong background in HR admin, onboarding, or payroll-adjacent roles Meticulous attention to detail – you live and breathe process and compliance A proactive mindset and calm approach in high-volume environments Confidence working autonomously and managing competing admin priorities Additional Info: Reports into CFO, with broader support from ops/finance Hybrid work setup (3 office/ 2 from home) Budget approved – job spec signed off and ready to go Previous candidate pulled out – client is keen to avoid risk this time If you thrive in admin-focused project roles, this will be right up your alley.
