Opportunity to join a agile and highly recognisable Global FMCG brand to assist users to become more productive with MS 365 technologies.
The environment consists of Enterprise SaaS/PaaS & IaaS solutions, underpinned by MS 365 E5 for end user devices, Teams/AV, SSO Identity and Cyber capabilities, so you will work closely with the wider team, support partners and vendors to ensure that internal customers are receiving great service when new needs arise or when things do go wrong.
While you will need to hit the ground running with a solid understanding of MS 365 capabilities, there's also lots of room for growth and involvement with related projects, such as hands-on involvement in the development of a highly automated self-service Service Portal on ServiceNow, to network upgrades, and new work in the OT / industrial manufacturing space.
**You will bring to the role**:
Proficiency across Microsoft 365 and can demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and appreciation for good governance and discipline as it applies to IT operations, security, and service. You will have the ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders and provide white-glove support across all internal customers.
**As well as**:
- Microsoft 365 Certifications in any relevant areas will be appreciated (e.g., Modern Desktop, Teams, Enterprise Admin, Messaging)
- Experience within a corporate environment of at least 200+ users
- General IT awareness and ability to recognize problems and solutions independently
- An ability to prepare and deliver high quality end user training / support material.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
